No. ECT alters the shift points for Economy Mode and Performance Mode, but with either mode, the shift points come when the program says they come. You can set the gear selector to manually change gears, but if you are inclined to do this, you shoulda bought a manual transmission equipped truck.

I had the seat on an f150 repaired at a local shop. I got bids from $50 to $300, so shop around if you can. Save money by taking the seat in and out yourself.
