I found this website that carries a lot of air filters at wholesale prices.
High quality too. Check it out.

Go with a K&N permanent filter --- never has to be
replaced --- just cleaned and treated. Gives slightly
better performance and gas mileage. I personally would not
recommend in dusty areas though --- like off road desert
travel.

I wouldnt use a K&N on any Toyota with a MAF sensor.

Its Mass Air Flow -- but don't know years/models used. They
are perfectly safe on the old 22RE's and carb models.
Hopefully MDT can assist with years/models its used on.

No, we dont like tossing it out on cheap parts, especially those who
will destroy a MAF sensor at over $165

been running a K&N intake for over 1 year now on my 95 Toy PU (not Tundra)
the Vf voltage always reads within 2.5 volts and the fuel mixture meter
always reads slightly rich (normal for toys).... No problem with this K&N
intake messing with the MAS...

What about the Toyota TRD washable air filter, is it better than a
K&N? I've already had one MAF sensor go around 38k miles, now almost
a year later and at 65k miles, I would hate to lose another- I have
the Toyota TRD washable air filter in my '99 Pre-Runner XC 3.4L V6...I
chose it because it just drops in instead of having the adapter basket
thing like the K&N does for my engine--was more expensive, too...will
be interested to know what you think. Is paper the best way to go
with a MAF sensor like the 3.4L uses?

Dave, its the same principle as the K$N, but I have not seen one of
these contaminate the MAF yet, but doesnt mean it wont. I just dont see
enough of the TRD filters out there (dont recall any in fact) to have an
opinion. But I know you'll be OK with the stock filter.
