Apply a proprietary rust remover and then a spray-on type bed liner. Report

Oh yeah. I can vouch for that.
My 88 has only about 30% of the bed left, and some of it is actually hanging
by the paint alone.
The rear bumper in almost in 2 shredded rusty pieces, and I'll never get the
spare tire down again.
