If the truck truly has 86k, in California, that would probably be about the
right price. Other parts of the country may have lower price.
As for problem, look for the front spring perch to be bent, which indicate
lots of off-road travel or worn out springs. Look for worn out front springs
too.
Heavy steering is probably ok. The power steering is pretty weak too.
