This is probably the best source for reasonable pricing, if you don't need the manual right away. For the low cost, you can read the Haynes (much better than Chilton) in the interim. Figure can take 6 - 9 months sometimes, but if I remember correctly, I found the...

FS: Factory Service Manual For 1986 Camry
Posted on 05-11-2004 | 1 Comments

For sale: Factory Service Manual for 1986 Camry. It is in near new condition with just a few greasy fingerprints. While the manual is specifically for a 1986 model, it will address many other year models with minor differences. If you've never used a factory service manual it's better than the aftermarket ones by a wide margin. Especially in the wiring diagrams! The manual is located in Portland, Oregon.

To break pieces off the crankcase probably meant the other mounts were not doing their job too well either causing undo load on the mount at the front. I'd make sure the other mounts are in good condition,..then get some nuts which will act as the threaded-hole,..then get them welded in place. Some

1997 Camry V6 automatic transmission defect after 90,000 miles?

m.hinlopen wrote: When you checked the fluid, was the engine running or stopped? It is supposed to be running. In any case, the oil pump in the transmission can grenade. The occurance is very rare in Toyota but, it does happen. Such a failure would result in the complete loss of "traction" and much metal shavings in the tranmission oil pan. If a large amount of coarse metal shavings are found in the oil pan, the tranmission WILL have to be removed and disassembled. --

Your air bubble finally was burped out of the radiator with warmer weather. The temperature went up because there's less water flowing? Radiator cap was not sealing. When you removed it and put it back on you then made a good seal???? Matt wrote: --

Odd Steering Problem
Posted on 05-10-2004 | 5 Comments

I have had this problem with three cars, in my case the car would suddenly steer one way or the other, it turned out to be the tires on two of them, the other one I sold and it was still doing it when I sold it. One was a Corvette that had the back tires put on the front. The corvettes have independent rear suspension and tend to wear the tires on the inside when on the back, when the tires were put on the front the car would wonder left and right, it was impossible to go straight down...

1. If you want to keep your old cassette/radio and want to add a cd player you can get an add-on cd player from ebay that directly fits in the space below radio and connects to your old radio. 2. If you want a CD/MP3 player, you have to remove the old radio since these two are not compatible and can not fit together. 3. If you want both cd/cassette/radio player, you can buy used toyota cd/cassette combo from ebay and can fit it fully in the space and remove old radio.

Was this done under the sledge campaign? If so they should have replaced the valve cover assembly. If the engine had heavy sledge it would be very hard to clean the passages in the top of the valve cover that go to the pcv system. You can find parts for guns made 50 years ago. And, Ford, GM, Chevy and Dodge pickups, no problem.
