I have a 98 tercel.
the top tank(plastic) has a crack which won't let the system pressurize,
Has anyone repaired one?

There's a crimping tool that can be used to replace only the upper
plastic tank, but have never seen anyone willing to do so.
Can leak at the gasket, so most shops will not repair, only replace.

I have used a two part epoxy called marine tex which has worked as it was a
hairline crack.
It is working now in the cool weather we'll see how it does in summer.
