'98 Camry Alignment problems (update)

Hello all!

I wanted to thank everyone for the suggestions they gave, I think my
problems are solved.

I think there was actually a tire problem combined with some
misalignment. When I swapped tires on the right side, the pulling was
reduced (but still there).

I concluded since changing the tire made a difference, one or more of my
tires must have been out of round. So, I replaced the Yokohama Avid H4s
(directional) with new Yokohama YK420s (non-directional).

With the new tires, the pulling was almost gone. I figured an alignment
would take care of anything else, so I took it to the Toyota dealer and
had them do it. The alignment was off only slightly, but enough to make
a difference.

Now, after doing both, the car tracks *perfectly*, the ride is very
smooth, there is no pulling and I'm very happy!

As an aside, I did notice with the new tires, road noise was even less
than with the H4s and the ride was smoother. I found this surprising
considering the YK420 has a tire harder compound vs. H4. The YK420 is
rated for 65k mi and the H4 is rated for 45k mi.

Anyway, I got a print out from the dealer and felt everyone could
benefit from the *alignment specifications*, so here they are.

Any reason you selected the Yokohama YK420 vs. the Avid Touring?
