Tiredness
Posted by Jonathan Turner

Can anybody answer my tiredness question? I would be very grateful for
help.

I finished University in June 2003 and began doing a temporary job in
September. Since then, I've begun to feel progressively more tired all
the time. I've never had a great deal of energy, indeed I have had
episodes of tiredness before when I was at university, but it did not
have such a detrimental effect on me then because of the freedom of
university life. However, since beginning work, I have found it
increasingly difficult to cope.

I only work 9-5 weekdays, so my hours are certainly not long. I seem
to get at least 8 hours sleep each night, and always feel dreadful in
the mornings. I eat healthily, am not overweight, I try to exercise,
although this is more difficult now that I feel more tired. In any
event, exercise seems to make me feel more tired. I am only 22 years
old.

I find my job a bit stressful (providing legal advice to irate
consumers at Trading Standards) but it is certainly nothing that I
cannot cope with psychologically.

I have been to my GP for blood tests and he can find nothing wrong.
Neither is it likely to be CFS because I don't have any symptoms other
than tiredness (e.g.pain, flu-like symptoms etc.)

I'm really worried, because I'm not able to do anything in my leisure
time. I just go to work, come home, cook and go to bed. Furthermore, I
don't feel that I have enough energy to do my job properly at work and
I can't see where I can go with my career because I wouldn't be able
to put in enough hours to get ahead.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Jonathan.

Check out the website www.mak.matol.com for the product KM/Matol which is
a nutritional supplement that has been helping people for over 75 years. The
result most reported is an increase in a person energy level. Check out the
testamonials and herbal properties.

My first thought is that the change from uni to work life
has upset what I'll call, for want of a better work, your
bodily rhythms. All I can suggest right now is to
try and see if there's any pattern in your tiredness,
and hope that this is all it is. Regards cycjec

You might want to investigate here. I know very little about
sleep disorders, only that they can be very debilitating.
Are you sleepy in the daytime?

Maybe you should check whether you had any sorts of infections in your body.

I tend to feel tired all day long even though I eat and sleep normally. I
feel tired and
sleepy all the time...but my problem is simple, there are infections in my
nose, throat,
and allergy also...If I am not wrong, it is these infections that draw a lot
of blood to
there and contaminated the blood? or drprived of the oxygen to brain...

there is really no hope to my tiredness, I am fed up with it...

in the case of uncurable infection, sports won't help, it only makes the
body more
tolerant to pain but infection is still there...Modern medical practicioners
are really
lousy they can "treat" only few infections...they are highly paided and thus
reluctant to
explore new medicines...

Jonathan,
I can honestly say, I am in the same condition.....even to the point where
I doze easy, sitting in chairs at doctor's offices, in a car while
driving.....scary. I too try to get sleep, but wake up exhausted and the day
seems to drag on and on.....

Invincible,

I suffered for years and was finally diagnosed with irritable bowel
syndrome. I was tired all of the time, had an acid taste in my mouth 24/7,
horrible gas, etc, etc, and it all of my doctor's tests (barium x-ray,
ultrasound, bloodwork) showed up clear. I was at the point where I was on
the couch shooing my little children away because I was so tired and feeling
so sick. A friend showed me a video by a medical doctor and it described
quite a few of my symptoms. Turns out my only problem was a toxic colon.
When my colon was cleaned my symptoms went away! I'm so thankful that my
friend told me about it, or else I would probably still be taking tests
without any relief!

If you would like, I could send you a copy of the video. First, though, how
many of these other symptoms do you have:
skin problems/dry itchy acne
headaches/migraines
difficulty losing weight
aching joints
muscle cramps
difficulty handling stress
frequent colds and infections
poor concentration
craving for sweets/salts
high/low blood pressure
frequently taking pain killers
low self-esteem
difficulty getting up in morning
difficulty falling asleep
cold hands and feet
shortness of breath
often feel bloated
belching, burping, gas after meals
heartburn/indigestion
constipation/diarrhea
brittle fingernails/limp/dry hair
hair loss
allergies/hayfever
poor night vision
low sex drive
varicose veins
body odor/bad breath
poor memory
low endurance level
problems with yeast fungus

I rated these symptoms from one to 5 and initially I had 86! Two weeks
later I had 53, and month later 28, a month later 6 and then 1! I began
using Experience (colon cleanse, also used to lose weight and weight
management) and Daily Complete (an awesome vitamin), together called a
StarterPak. They gave me my health back and I want as many people as
possible to know about them, because, trust me, your doctor won't tell you.
Check them out for yourself, including the clinical studies and listings in
the Physician's Desk Reference: www.lisahangs.awarenesslife.com. I hope
this helps, let me know if you have any other questions.

Sincerely,

lisa

That's an awful lot of symptoms.. they really like to cover their keesters.
I dunno, I'd be cautious of anyone promoting anything that's for people with
any one of the symptoms when it's a list that long.
