assalamualaikum....
here, i'm got some information to your question, but i'm not sure
about that. it just my opinion.
Insomnia, the most common sleep disorder, is when you have difficulty
falling and staying asleep every night or most nights. Other symptoms
include waking up often in the middle of the night, or waking early
and not being able to fall back to sleep.
There are two categories of this affliction. Primary insomnia is not
caused by an underlying physical or psychological disease. Rather,
common causes include stress, anxiety, jet lag, and alcohol, nicotine
or caffeine intake. Secondary insomnia, however, occurs as a result of
an underlying physical or mental disorder, often depression. Insomnia
lasting from a single night to a few weeks is referred to as transient
or short-term. If it lasts longer, it is called chronic insomnia.
The quality of your sleep is generally more important than the
quantity. While eight hours of sleep are fine for most people,
children and some adults need much more and older people often can do
with less. Some people do fine on as little as four hours of sleep per
night.
Symptoms of not getting enough sound resting time for your own needs
include feeling sleepy and fatigued during the day, forgetting things,
feeling irritable or depressed, and gaining weight. Discuss your
symptoms with your medical care provider; he or she may suggest
testing, medications or lifestyle modifications, also known as "sleep
hygiene," to get you back on track
I hope you clear about that...nice to meet you
