- Help for sleep longer

Hi, I have the sleep problem for more than 7 years. I can go to sleep quickly and the first 3 hours sleep is in depth. The problem is that I wake too early. Normally I wake after six hours sleeping. It is a little less for me. Sometimes I sleep only five or four hours. Although it is very normal(I can read and learn anything) in the first 2 or 3 hours after I get up, I am very tired and sleepy in the rest of time. Even though I sleep only four hours the previous night, I am not sure I can...

I get into a sneezing fit every moring the moment I get up and also if I get up after taking a nap in the afternoons on weekends. When I get up I get this feeling of itchy nose and start sneezing .. after 7-8 sneezes I end up with a runny nose and red watery eyes. Sometimes the symptoms just vanish and I do not sneeze at all, but that is like 10- 15 % of the times otherwise it is very regular. I want to know if anybody else is facing the same problems and probably cure. Is it better to go for a...

I'm 29 male. I work 5-6 days a week. I also workout every 2 -3 days (muscular workout). I'm really interested in knowing what would be a healthy amount of sleep to have everyday. It may sound like a stupid question. Some of you might say, "if you feel tired during the day, get more sleep" but I think there's more to it then that. From my experience, the amount of sleep that I get the night before doesn't always correspond to the amount of energy I'll have on that day. For example, sometimes I...

Can anybody answer my tiredness question? I would be very grateful for help. I finished University in June 2003 and began doing a temporary job in September. Since then, I've begun to feel progressively more tired all the time. I've never had a great deal of energy, indeed I have had episodes of tiredness before when I was at university, but it did not have such a detrimental effect on me then because of the freedom of university life. However, since beginning work, I have found...
