- Rave!! Face Lift Collagen Skin Care
- Posted by Beauty Cafe
Went to Ulta 3 Saturday to pick up various skin care products for blondie to
try out after the great recommendations. Damn, still can't find Rachel Perry
anywhere in Dallas...suggestions?
In any event, picked up all kinds of stuff but came across this line called
Face Lift with Collagen. They had an Intensive Eye Cream, Moisturizer and Lift
Product. I decided at 12.99 the Intensive Eye Cream was worth a shot since I am
currently out of eye creams. Went home immediately washed face, put on the eye
cream with the OoO Regenerist and then redid makeup...Noticed that the fine
lines around the eyes didn't look as prominant or as dry. My problem is that my
eye area gets very dry...which only enhances the fine lines.
I've been loving it ever since that I went to Walgreen's yesterday to see if
they carried the line, they do and I picked up the Intensive Moisturizer too!
Also 12.99. Put that on yesterday...and wearing it again this am. Makeup looks
great, face looks pretty damn good after just two days? This stuff must be good
if I can already see the difference. Don't get me wrong, loved my Regenerist
but I think this product seems to perk my skin up.
My skin feels so great. It's like a big ole pick me up...I guess it plumps up
the skin giving the appearance of reducing the fine lines...but all I can say
so far is that of all the products I've tried that supposedly do this...this is
the first one where immediately I can see a difference. Botox cancelled for
now...going to try this for a few weeks and see what happens. But for now,
major raves!!

I tried this some time ago and had a horrible allergic reaction. My eyes
puffed up like footballs, watered and itched like crazy. The interesting thing
is that this was the first reaction I had ever had in my whole life to a
cosmetic or lotion. :-(

On the Rachel Perry end of things, check their website for potential
locations. it would be in health food stores as well
also if you have specific products you might want, give me a jingle

Lisa, I am 99% sure that I've seen Rachel Perry stuff at Central Market! I
usually go to the one on Coit so that's the one to call.

Have you tried Central Market in Plano? I could swear I saw some of that line
in their 'beauty' section.

Ah. I wasn't crazy. Thought I'd seen it there.

FWIW - I just saw the Collagen Face Lift stuff in Duane Reade (NYC)
for 50% off. Although retail was $13.49 (New York mark-up). This was
the DR at 34th & 8th, but others might also have it on clearance.
