Sorry was away for alittle while..Thanks to all the helpful people who gave me
advice..I really don`t like doing the artificial nail route..Do any of you
think what you have suggested would help with the rapid curving of my
nails?..Like I said by the time they are even 1/4" they are starting to curve
under...I guess from the thinness..Not the thumb and little finger but the
middle 3

Curved as in beveled (both sides of nail cutting into skin), or curved as in
spooning (tip curving down toward tip of finger)? If it's spooning, be
mindful that it could be a health issue.

Get some Ultra Nourishair from GNC and, also, take MSM and Biotin
along with it. My nails are unbelievably strong and long from these
supplements. It take about 3 months to really get the full effect,
but this worked so well for me. My nails look so nice, no one can
believe they're natural.

If the nails are growing wider and the end is curving over, consider
bringing it up with your doctor as it could be anemia or indicative of other
health issues. Or it could always be nothing, just an annoyance. (One of my
old girlfriends had spooned nails as a result of a congential heart problem
and anemia.)
