I was reading the San Francisco newspaper the other day and it had
an article on a project to build the first retirement home for
elderly gays.

Obviously this is not something to consider investing in, it will
surely be a flop as there are hardly any elderly gays at all to
make up a market for this. Most gay men are lucky to make it past
40 because of AIDS, and even the rare uninfected ones would tend
to commit suicide by 50 out of despair over becoming old and ugly.

So far the project has managed to attract 3 whole gay couples.

While not denying that some Gays die of AIDS and some commit suicide, that
