What’s your MP’s line on latex?
Laura Moffatt MP’s early day motion (EDM 1376) calls upon the Department
of Health 'to ban the use of powdered high protein gloves known to cause
latex allergies and ensure that all ambulance, acute, community and
primary care trust workers receive the equipment and the training to avoid
harm to latex-sensitive patients; and calls on MPs to raise with Trusts in
their constituency how they are minimizing the risks of latex allergy

A latex glove on a hand is not the same as a latex glove on the penis.

So true. Latex toxins are estimated to be absorbed into the blood stream
at 200 times greater a rate through this fragile area of the body. Hands
are one of the best protected regions of mankind.
Absorbtion is at it best in moist conditions and friction also helps in
this regard. If you spend all day rubbing your hands together (perhaps you
do) it would have the same effect. For most of us sex involves a great
deal more friction.
