World AIDS Day HIV Testing
Monday, December 1, 2008
12:00PM to 8:00PM
Though we are usually closed on Mondays, on World AIDS Day, the MALE
Center is dedicated to honoring the day of observance by providing
free rapid HIV testing all day. Appointments are suggested but never
required for HIV testing

There isn't a test for HIV.
'HIV tests' preformed at your centre, and elsewhere, are carried out
under a false pretence, and could be considered fraud and assault.

Huh? In the same sense that there isn't a test for blood group,
you mean? True in a pedantic sense but doesn't mean the test
for antibodies/antigens doesn't provide useful information.
Fraud is complicated, but I don't think anything undertaken
with full consent could be considered assault.
