- Give everyone ARVs instead of HIV vaccine?

As we know, HIV vaccines don't work and appear to increase the
recipient's likelihood of contracting HIV.
Undiscouraged, HIV boffins have once again plucked a drug from their
shelf to use in the fight against HIV. This isn't the first time
they've done such a thing. At the beginning of the HIVAIDS lie they
thrust a dangerous cancer drug, which was banned in the 1960s, on
HIVers: AZT.
This time their drug of choice is Tenofovir, which has previously been
used to kill, erm I mean treat, HIVers.

In Africa every pregnant nigger woman is HIV pos and sends
the het numbers soaring, lol.
I noted the word epidemic, which I hate. Pandemic is more likely
a word I could enjoy.
