HIV sufferer jailed for unprotected sex

ADELAIDE An HIV-positive man who insisted that there was no clear evidence
that the virus caused Aids was sentenced to nine years in prison for having
unprotected sex with three women.

A South Australia state supreme court jury convicted Andre Chad Parenzee,
36, in January on three counts of endangering life by having unprotected
sex with the women, whose names have been suppressed by a court order.

He appealed against the conviction on the ground that there was no
conclusive evidence linking HIV to Aids.

Parenzee, who has been held in custody since his conviction, was sentenced
after two courts rejected his appeal.

In his sentencing, Justice John Sulan said that Parenzee had not come to
terms fully with the fact that he had contracted HIV eight years ago, or
the damage that he caused. One of his victims, a mother of two, later
tested positive for HIV.

Parenzee will not be eligible for parole for five years. (AP)

I've heard this claim repeated so many times that I wonder if it is a
specific symptom of viral mind control. I've theorized that the HIV
virus is similar to the rabies virus in that it has evolved to affect
parts of the brain that control behaviors conducive to infecting new
hosts. Rabies causes agressive biting which transmits the virus via
saliva, and HIV causes extreme sexual promiscuity, along with a
delusion on the host's part that he isn't sick and/or that he isn't
contagious and/or that the virus doesn't even exist. I've seen this
brainwash in enough AIDS patients to think that the virus possibly
controls their minds.

CBS 4 - South Florida
Oct 3, 2007 6:39 pm US/Eastern
Shomari Stone Reporting

(CBS4) MIAMI Miami Beach police are asking that women who had unprotected
sex with a popular club promoter come forward; 22-year old Elidor Kersaint
is HIV positive and knowingly spread the disease to his sex partners.

One 20-year-old woman has already told Miami Beach police she had contact
with Kersaint.

According to his MySpace page, Elidor Kersaint paints himself as a pretty
popular guy on the South Beach scene who might have promoted himself in
clubs including Opium, Prive, and Mansion. Representatives from the Opium
Group say Kersaint was not an employee, but he may have worked with any
number of third party vendors.

"I can unequivocally confirm that this individual is not an employee of the
Opium Group," said Opium Group representative Vanessa Menkes in a written
statement to CBS4.

On his MySpace page, there are dozens of pictures of him posing with club
going celebs, and countless pictures of him with half naked women.

But police say Kersaint had a dark secret.

"He carries a 'pretty big stick' here in Miami Beach which is attractive
for some people," said Bobby Hernandez with the Miami Beach Police
Department. "Unfortunately he could have used that big stick, or
attractiveness, to lure these women in to have sex with them and
unbeknownst to them he has HIV."

The one woman who came forward told investigators she had sex with Kersaint
on two occasions and he never told her he had HIV. Police fear there may be
other women who had sex with Kersaint and are not aware that he was HIV
positive. Miami Beach police are urging anyone who had a relationship with
Kersaint to see a doctor and then contact police.

Kersaint, who has been locked up since last June, faces a minimum of five
years in prison if convicted

At Jackson Memorial Hospital, Dr. Nancy Gutierrez , who specializes in HIV
research, said "unprotected sex is a risk" in these times.

Once again, the only reason police are pursuing this case is because it
involves a male infecting females with the HIV virus. Since HIV is so
prevalent among gay males, you would think that the majority of Miami
Beach Police Departments arrests for intentional HIV transmission would
be among that group, but I suspect the only such arrest they've ever
made is this heterosexual dude.

BTW, I know someone in California who has HIV and who earns extra crack
money by prostituting himself around Los Angeles, despite the state law
specifically outlawing prostitution by known HIV+ individuals. There
is also a law requiring individuals arrested for prostitution to be
tested for the HIV virus, so the police arrest him for "loitering"
instead so they don't have to invoke the HIV/prostitution law which
means lots of paperwork, then release him with a citation so they don't
have to put an AIDS-infected male prostitute wearing a dress in their
jail cell (prison quarantine is a civil rights violation in California).

Perhaps you see some kind of conspiracy that I missed.
The only way police could know about the male having HIV
is because the female tested positive and ratted him out.

Once they knew-action was taken.

Here I will assume California is similar in that:
no one has made a case against the cross-dressing HIV+faggot.
Rather than no action being taken, they arrest the faggot
on what they have.
Again I assume: the three strikes law would apply.
Kind of cool when you think about it, that way they
are not accused by act-up of targeting faggots.
