1. Actually I don't know. 2. I bought it when I was living in London at Boot's Chemist. I don't know if they sell it in America or even in England anymore but they do sell several coal tar creams here. From the research I did it seems the Coal Tar is what kills crabs. I am not sure if the Ether has any function in this application. 3. See 1. above.
