Yes different countries have different standards for HIV testing just as
they have different standards for many other laboratory tests does that mean
that all such tests are invalid? You are wrong about the there being
different standard between US labs. The FDA sets the standards and the
quality control requirements for all diagnostic medical tests in the US and
they apply uniformly to all labs.
I would need a source on that claim becuause I have as of yet not seen one
that backs up that statement. Even though denialists have been making the
claim for years.
