- No meds - From AIDSmeds
- Posted by PaulKing
I have been Poz since 1989 (probably got infected in 1983, but I wasn't
tested until 1989), and I took HIV meds for about three years (between
1990 and 1994).
I stopped back then because my doctor thought I'd be fine. He was right; I
have been fine: viral load <100 and CD4's between 800 and 1100. Is anyone
else "going without" like I am?
I have some viral load. Should i be taking meds?
_________
How much clearer could the answer be?
NO.

Among others, David Pasquarelli accepted your advice and he died of
AIDS.
In this case, I happen to agree that this person's CD4 count is high
and viral load is low. The best advice is for him to follow the
bloodwork. If his T cells drop below around 300-350, he should start
taking ARV.
Or accept more advice from a denialist, not take any meds and wind up
dying like Pasquarelli did.
And like Paul may if he is HIV+ and in denial.

David did not die of so called 'AIDS' as you well know.
Nice try.
