The following "rambling and incoherent" rant was written by my brother
several days ago in an e-mail to our father. My brother is currently
in the depths of a manic psychosis from hell and is so far removed from
reality at present he is not even in this solar system. I realize it
is poor netiquette to repost a private e-mail to a newsgroup, but it is
so funny (in a sad sort of way) that I thought y'all should read it.
My father printed it out to show to his psychiatrist, so his privacy
has already been violated. I apologize for his terrible spelling and
grammar; I don't understand it as we both attended the same Texas
public schools...

is *NO WAY* the same as the total violation of privacy that you have just
willfully undertaken. You are not a loving person, you are an a$$hole. You

I just got done babysitting the asshole for the last three weeks. We
didn't part on the best of terms. I realize he is mentally ill, but he
has become the whiniest, most spoiled, little asshole of a brat that I
have ever seen in my life. And last week he actually called the police
on me and told them (and everyone he knew) that I had threatened to
SHOOT HIM then SHOOT MYSELF with a gun!!! I never did any such thing
and after listening to my side of the story the police decided that I
was more credible and left. The neighbors called police on him the next
few nights (he was sharing his "message from gawd" with the condo complex
in the middle of the night at the top of his lungs); when the police
arrived my brother repeatedly insisted that he was "fine" and that it was
ME who had the mental problem. Well, I've got the last laugh...my father
arrived to take over babysitting and filed papers with the court to have
him involuntarily committed to a mental institution! I believe he will
be taken into custody on Monday for a 78 hour evaluation, then committed
for a month if two psychiatrists agree.
