In 2001 I had Lasik procedure done to my both eyes aiming for a mono
vision with my right eye to be corrected for distance and left for
reading. Procedure was not success so enhancement was made to my right
eye only but with no avail then an astigmatism correction with a small
scission to my cornea was performed but no go again. Due to the fact
that I can not tolerate wearing glasses I decided to have Lensectomy
performed to my right eye first with a prospect to procede with left
eye later on. The procedure was performed now just under two weeks
back, following day after the operation I was reading 20/20 vision
chart and I could see clearly in the distance. Needless to say I was
ecstatic but my happines did not last long as two days following the
surgery I experienced a set back and my vision become blured. On the
consequent visit to my surgeron he infored me that although my vision
did change it changed in a good direction. You can imagine that Im a
bit sceptic now and would like to ask your opinion as I tend to think
that he had inserted lens either too strong or too weak. If you have
some suggestion for me I would appreciate it very much.
