A Dayton man is in jail after officers said he offered "erotic
services" on an Internet message board.
Dayton police arrested Stephon L. Brown, 23, last month, and a
Montgomery County grand jury indicted him Monday. He is charged with
engaging in soliciting sex after positive HIV test filed.
According to Dayton police detectives, Brown advertised for customers
on a web site and unknowingly agreed to meet an undercover officer.
Officers took Brown into custody on Princeton Drive.
Police said Brown knew he was HIV positive before allegedly offering
to perform sex acts for $100. Officers said because he knowingly
solicited while HIV positive, he is charged with a felony instead of a
misdemeanor.
Brown is in the Montgomery County Jail on $50,000 bond.

Solitary confinement is a bitch but that is where he belongs
and not in a cell with the un-infected.
He should do an additional 2 years for stupidity, attempting
to sell his asshole to an undercover cop for a tank of gas.

He won't be in jail long because he poses a threat to all the other
inmates. The law against prostitution by HIV patients was intended
to prevent HIV transmission, and throwing an AIDS patient in jail
to infect thousands of other prisoners doesn't achieve that goal.
The jail and county would be legally liable for every prisoner he
infects, because they are esentially sentencing minor criminals to
death by forcing them to share a prison cell with this freak.
