I was watching my favorite TV show, "Queer as Folk" on Showtime a few
weeks ago. Just before the program began they ran a public service
announcement where a female actor from the show talked about the
dangers of HIV and extolled the virtues of practicing safe sex and
getting tested.

I don't object to the message, of course, but I am trying to reconcile
this with the propaganda I've been fed that HIV/AIDS is NOT a "gay
disease," that EVERYONE is at EQUAL risk of contracting it. So why
would they put this announcement in front of an extremely gay-themed
TV show? I haven't seen this announcement preceding other Showtime
programs. No, they only run it before "Queer as Folk."

Please help me! I am on the verge of thoughtcrime for being unable
to reconcile the two contradictory ideas in my mind. At one moment
I am told that gays are at no additional risk of HIV, and the next
moment I am told they are at additional risk. If I don't resolve
this soon the Thought Police will come for me and take me to Room
101 to be re-educated.

IT IS like the same bullshit that is around that the reason so many blacks
are in prison is that there is discrimination. SURE, there is discrimination
to some degree. But the reason that there are so many blacks in prison is
because they commit 75% of all crime. That is why 75% of the criminals are
black. Same thing with AIDS. Sure, prostitutes, drug-users, etc. all
transmit AIDS, but the largest group that is ACTIVELY FUCKING all the time
are the homosexuals. They are by far more promiscous than non-gays. So they
transmit it more. Consider further that the homosexuals are screwing in a
smaller community of people, and I think that gives the AIDS virus more
opportunity to incubate. A whore may screw twenty guys per night, but if
they all went home and washed up quickly & thoroughly, maybe none got AIDS.
A Homosexual on the other hand, may be having sexual relations among a
smaller group of other homosexuals who are also having sex with each other.
Meaning that the AIDS virus that got shot into your ass may be getting
licked into your friends mouth and he may have a sore on his tongue and
catch it.

But your complaint is typical of what makes faggots so annoying. You are
upset that you fag show has a commercial about AIDS. If AIDS were still a
major killer of homosexuals, I would be all for eliminating all commercials
and information about it in the Gay Community (we don't want to offend
them). But AIDS is now just an expensive disease that takes up valuable
resources that could be used for Cancer. Fags live forever with AIDS, and
they just keep passing it from one asshole to another one.

everyone.

I think it is common knowledge that homosexuals talk, think and read
about sex openly amongst themselves
and privately. Heterosexuals make sexual remarks about and to others
but they generally don't discuss sex
as specifically as homosexuals. Or to put it another way:
Heterosexuals talk about wanting it and homosexuals talk about doing it.

No, they only run it before "Queer as Folk."
Fortunately, you don't need help. The people that need help are the
heterosexual community, the people
not getting the message.

An interesting note is that Mbeki's government is still dragging its
heels over the supply of meds through government health facilities
despite being ordered by the courts. The estimates are that 600 largely
unnecessary deaths are occurring from AIDS related illness in the
meantime. At 200,000 plus per year his government is killing more black
people than the apartheid regime did. Nice guy. Some freedom.
