The abuse is no different than anywhere else in the USA, but I suspect the
reason Florida is getting away with so much is that its governor is the
president's brother.

And here's an abuse that is going on in Nevada and perhaps every state in
the country: The Ryan White Act that was recently renewed with no debate
in Congress guarantees federal payment for all medications used to treat
HIV/AIDS and "related" medical conditions. Such as erectile dysfunction
which may be a side effect of common ARV drugs. Which is treated with
$15 Viagra and Levitra pills. Given to promiscuous gay HIV patients with
no quantity limits who trade a portion of the $15 pills for crystal meth.
