When I read yet another megamaniacal George Carter claim

I laughed:

While Carter's track record of being 100% wrong remains unchallenged,
at least he's consistent.

For once I must defend George Carter.
HE IS NOT 100% WRONG IN HIS POSTS.
His name is George Carter and so that is correct.
That makes him only 99.9999999999999999999% wrong.
Let's be fair to him here. Poor soul.
