Genital Itching

Over the past few weeks, I've had annoying itching around my genital
area. I fear that it may be an STD such as AIDS or genital herpes, yet
I've not had any sexual intercourse with any partner. Please help me.
Thanks.

No, I haven't, and I don't think they could be herpes, since they're
just little red rashes. BTW, I am a little sexually active, although I
just masturbate independently with condoms. I'm supposedly allergic to
latex, so that might account for the rashes. I don't know.

Get tested today, now. If possible, get tested together with your sex partner.
Anything sexually tranmitted is a cross indicator for other STDs.

The earlier the better for curing any infections detected by the tests.
You could get tested for
1. AIDS
2. Sexually transmitted infections, oral pharyngeal, urethral, anal canal.
3. Tuberculosis
4. Hepatitis B, hepatitis A, hepatitis C and vaccinated for hepatitis B and vaccinated for hepatitis A

If potential sex partners get tested together before having sex,
predicaments like this are less ambiguous.

Well. You should. Getting personal medical advice from strangers on
the internet isn't the most advisable thing in the world. No one is
familar with your particular case, and no one, even if they were to be a
health professional can see you to diagnose you.

In short, there's too many variables, since so many ailments have
_exactly_ the same symptoms. "I've got a rash and bumps" could be
poison oak, allergy to latex as you mentioned, herpes, some sort of
weird tropical STD....

See a doctor.
