Develop 5 year Norplant for all men and women.
Give Norplant to all 13 year olds and let them fuck their merry little
brains out.
With antibiotics, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia/NGU, Trichomoniasis, and
Syphilis are all easily treatable in days or weeks, but may not show
symptoms and if not treated could lead to further complications. Thus
regular screening for these diseases in sexually promiscuous people is
necessary perhaps at least twice a year. These bacterial infections
probably can not be eradicated and only treated.
The risk of unplanned pregnancy is the only thing that ever made sex
immoral. Using two forms of birth control makes the risk of pregnancy
less than the risk of dying in a car accident.
Until the future of SEX arrives, have sex with a condom AND pull out
before cumming, until you're sure she's on hormonal birth control.
Then, condoms and hormonal birth control should do. If you do have
sex without a condom while she's on hormonal, pull out before cumming,
or only cum in her infrequently. If you're real big on ejaculating in
the vagina without a condom, consider hormonal birth control and a
diaphragm.
Never have sex with no protection, and never rely on just the pull-out
method for protection. But always try to use at least two forms of
birth control.
Until the future of SEX arrives, condoms may be used to provide some
protection against the 3 incurable diseases. Especially for untested
anal sex partners, condoms reduce the risk of HIV by up to 90%.
An over the counter test similar to a pregnancy test for HIV would
seem to do as much to stop the spread of HIV as a cure or a vaccine
would do. It seems ludicrous that after 30 years this simple solution
has not yet been developed.
