You might think the speaker was talking about HIVAIDS, however the
full quote goes like this: "It is an epidemic, a plague on our
continent that kills more people than AIDS or any other known
epidemic."
This is what Jose Miguel Insulza, leader of the Organization of
American States, told law enforcement officials.
It seems that more and more people are beginning to questioning the
HIV epidemic that never was. Billions of dollars, which could have
been wisely spent elsewhere, have been squandered on HIVAIDS.
