That figure of 1.28 cases per State is lower than gun shotdeaths in the
Mac Arthur Park area of Los Angeles in a single month.

In the same period people over 60 (caucasian) had 9,338 cases.

Seeing as the time between HIV infection and AIDS can be up to twenty years,
not immediate, you have proved nothing.

If anything this infformation could be used as an argument to support sexual
transmission of HIV, as sexual acttivity in the teens.
