I predict that the vaccine won't work. There is just something about
HIV that makes it invulnerable to anything humans throw at it. It
is almost like it demonstrates a form of intelligence.
All the vaccine trials have faced the same two obstacles. The first
is that the doctors and scientists administering the vaccine are
under ethical obligation to counsel the recipients on safe sex
practices, the effect being that if they follow the advice then they
won't risk being infected and the scientists won't know if the
vaccine really works. The other obstacle is that recipients may
feel that they are immune because they received a vaccine (even though
they were told it is experimental) and may decide to engage in
risky sexual behavior. If the vaccine turns out not to work, then
this may simply make the epidemic worse. Oh, and it may be possible
that the inactive portions of HIV virus used in the vaccine may
combine with one another and create a working virus, causing HIV
in recipients itself (this is a strange property of viruses and has
been observed with other viruses - seeming "dead" viruses
recombining and coming back to "life").

Interesting, I'll have to read up on it. But I think I already know
what they're referring to. Several years ago new HIV infections started
popping up in which the virus was already resistant to all the drugs
used in the cocktail treatments. They have deliberately played down
this story because of the political implications. What they have
discovered is that people with HIV (AND KNOW THEY HAVE HIV BECAUSE
THEY ARE RECEIVING COCKTAIL TREATMENTS!) are out there spreading
their drug-resistant virus. Self-righteous HIV "advocates" have
long argued against quarantine because "people suffering from HIV
would NEVER deliberately infect others." This is the propaganda
we've been fed since 1981 and it is taboo to contradict it. So now
it seems that the claim is false, that people with HIV DO deliberately
infect others. So it is no wonder that scientists and the media have
gone out of their way to suppress this information.
