I am starting to think that forcible testing of everyone in the population
for contagious diseases is necessary. Those testing positive will be
treated, if untreatable they will be exiled to an high-security island
leper colony. Someone once suggested permanent tattoos on the genitals
of those with HIV so that potential sex partners could be warned. I
like this idea, it is unobtrusive - only visible to potential sex
partners, not to the general population. If that fails then how about
branding their foreheads?

be done. It is already mandatory for children to receive immunizations
and adults with TB are regularly forced to take medication. Expanding
this to include mandatory testing for STDs and other contagious diseases
would probably be constitutional. Bush recently signed an Executive
Order allowing for the quarantine of those infected with SARS and no
one complained. Wouldn't it be nice to live in a world where you could
fuck whoever you wanted without worry?

Yeah right, I can go into a clinic and walk out with a dozen boxes? I would
use 1 or 2 per day, if the gov't or someone else wants to pay for them that
would be great, I use them if I can afford them.
