I have read 2 different studies on ephedra that were OJECTIVE. One was from
a canadian based company.

I cannot remember where those links are right this moment. But I do recall
their studies.

Basically, ephedra is very safe for healthy individuals @ less than 100mg a
day. Most ephedra products on the market today offer around 30-50mg a day.
Some people do experience higher blood pressure but when stopped taking the
product, the blood pressure returned to normal.

Ephedra does work to help people lose weight but I cannot recall any stats
on how much weight loss.

They also suggest you not take any ephedra product long term. Use it for
like 90-120 days to help get you to your desired weight and then take steps
to maintain such weight.

I personally do not think ephedra is necessary to lose weight. But if you
wanna take it, consume wisely.
