Depends for what... they are both bad in excess.
I would say that a six pack of beer is healthier than a six pack of soda.
Whereas beer will give you the carbs, soda will give you way too much sugar
and possibly caffeine. Although I hear sugary foods and drinks like soda
aren't necessarily as bad as people would think, for diabetecs, I can't
imagine it would be good on your blood/sugar level. Beer in small doses,
like once a day is probably good for you, at least that's what studies
suggest, it dilates the blood vessels I believe.
1 pop versus 1 beer a day, I would go with 1 beer a day.
In excess, binge amounts, I would go with beer again. But who drinks 4-5
sodas a day... few people (I hope).
