Will fiber drinks hinder digestion?
Should I wait an hour or more to eat after drinking fiber?

I believe it is just the opposite. Fiber will help with digestion in the
long run by clearing your insides out.
If you do eat or drink fiber right before you eat fatty meals, it will
absorb some of that fat and make its way out the back end if you know what I
mean. As a result, you will not digest all the fat and hence you will be
taking in less calories. This a great for people looking to lose weight or
keep their weight off.

You only have to wait about 15-20 minutes after you have ingested a
fiber drink to eat.
Dietary fiber, I have found, is a great way to manage your diet and
weight.
The longer you stay with the fiber you will notice a curb in your
appetite. Not to worry more people should be aware that fiber in
addition to normal meals gives the body the nutrients that are needed.
Depending on the ingredients listed, on the dietary fiber, you may also
notice in the long run that your cholesterol levels may go down to
normal levels.
Having been on a High Fiber Dietary supplement myself I have kept my
weight down and eat as much or as little as I wish.
Fiber supplements are something to use on a regular basis.
Also, in my opinion, I believe fiber has helped with strengthening my
immune system from colds, flu and so on.

Just remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't.
Reputable vendors are eager to have their claims thoroughly checked.
Anyhow... happy Tuesday!
