There are several methods. Two that come immediately to mind are the Bates
method and the See Clearly Method. Go to your local bookstore for Bates.
See Clearly is advertised on the radio and might be much more expensive (but
it's probably basically the same thing). I've never tried them, but I did
ask my eye doctor about them once. He has researched eye exercises quite a
bit and says they do work, but that's only IF you're consistent about doing
them. The big problem with the exercises, he said, is compliance. People
just don't stick with it.
Of course, they don't help with all types of vision troubles, but they're
good for ordinary old age-related vision changes.
