I've never heard of this product, but if you're interested in colon
clensing, this book is a must read:

A pharmacist friend tells me the promotion of this product is a load of
bulls..t.
The ingredients are a bunch of herbals, the primary active substance being
cascara sagrada, a stimulant laxative. Laxative habituation leads to
dependence and toxic megacolon. "Herbal" does not equate to safety.
Their exercise and eating tips recommend that one starts the day with fruit
only and not to eat protein and carbohydrates together. Sounds like a
ritual food practice to me. How did humanity survive all these years
without gurus like this?
