Sounds very nice, though the outfit and towel (cough) might get me beaten to

Not a problem, because the towel and most of the outfit will go in the
hamper shortly after I lock the door.
You just have to remember one simple rule: What happens here, stays
here.

It probably wouldn't hurt. Between slapping down spammers and more grief
with recalcitrant systems at work, I'm a shade tense. And my lovely wife's
hands lately are suffering a bit of RSI.
We met each other doing backrubs. She used her *feet* on my tense shoulders:
of course I married her!

How dare she be showing up with RSI!!!!!
Generally comes from bad ergonomics, poor posture, stress, and repetitive
motion. Notice that there's an 'and' in there. Time to be changing some
routines?

Yeah, she's occasionally run into it for years. We disagree about what might
be the best ergonomics for her computer work, but it does improve when she
works again with her layouts and spends less time at the computer.
But also, her joints are *very* loose. I mean, you tug at her hands and you
can see quite a bit more extension of the wrist than anyone else I know. It
caused some issues with her hips when she was pregnant with our gorgeous
daughter (who is watching her morning "George Shrinks" cartoon right
now...).
Whereas my joints are very tight, but even after many years of computer work
I can still open tough jars and crack walnuts with my hands. I'm hoping our
daughter winds up with the perfect average.

Watch her as she's at the computer, especially if she uses a mouse.
The elbow should not move. But you know that.
If it does move, the shoulder and upper arm are being used to perform the
manipulative task that the fingers are supposed to do.
Also, get the purse off her shoulder, if you haven't already.

Michael, I've tried for *years* to improve her overall ergonomics. I got her
a better computer table and mouse, adjusted and repaired things for her,
etc. But I'd like to find the people who taught her to type and beat their
spinal cords with roughened delete keys for failing to teach her to sit
correctly, and making even more of a fuss about it is not conducive to
either of our mental states. She deals with me and occasional adventures as
a diabetic when I screw up and have nasty low blood sugar episode, or screw
up the other way and am ill for an evening from over-eating at a party. So
we do have to tolerate each other's foibles, or we'd never have married.
Now me, I learned to touch-type from Jesuits, on manual typewriters.
Rigorously intellectual men who will slap your hands with rulers are very
good at teaching you to keep your wrists in the *right* position, and taught
both theorJƒd practice. They were also good folks to go drinking with....

Well, I frequently do ergonomics training, and I sure wish I could swat some
of them when they do it wrong. Shoulder goes up, elbow goes out, mouse
starts being moved around by way of shoulder action, forearm muscles get
tightened, trapezius gets tight, and the person wonders why there are so
many tension headaches.
Maybe I should take my cue from the Carmelites that taught at my high
school. Not gonna say what they did, but it would be called child abuse
nowadays.
BTW, as for the mouse, it was the reason for the computer work station being
seen as the sweat shop of the '90's.
