The Pharma Vaccine Franchise is a Product of Marketing, Not Science The availability of reports in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), combined with the drug makers' aversion to careful study of this data, as well as commonly experienced side effects of vaccine, are important reasons for the decline in the confidence of the public in mass vaccination programs. That public health authorities have been largely absent from the scientific debate about the merits of vaccination,...

- inner ear problem
- Posted on 03-30-2006 | 3 Comments
My cousin has suffered for the last 23 years with a bizarre complaint that is centered in her inner ear. What happens is that anytime in the day (more often late in the day or sometimes at night) her ear will suddenly produce a banging in her head. (Lately both ears rather than just one). She does get a little forewarning of the impending attack which may last 30 mins to an hour or more, then just as suddenly the attack stops and all will be normal. As much as she would like to, she can do...

Originally published February 13 2006 For years, I have warned people of the danger of personal care products. If you look at the ingredients manufacturers put in their products -- soaps, deodorants, toothpastes and so on -- you will be horrified. These ingredients are highly toxic and cause cancer. They promote leukemia, nervous system disorders and liver problems. Now, some new information has come from Virginia Tech. Researchers that have found that the chemical triclosan, which is found in...
- Viagra side effects
- Posted on 01-15-2006 | 2 Comments
Hello everyone: I seem to have two of the common side effects of Viagra: terrible headaches and a stuffy nose. Can anyone (that has taken this med) recommend a good headache pill (and how many do you take)? I can't take Excedrin late at night because of the caffeine. What about a decongestant? Any recommendations there? And, before you ask, I do not have high blood pressure and am not on any other meds. Thank you for any help!

"The TV spots employ a visual of a heart monitor as the announcer tells the audience, 'more than 60 California hospitals have died and 24 more could die any day.' The spots specifically mention Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield, identified by the California Association of Public Hospitals and Health Systems as an institution that’s experienced major financial troubles due to its heavy load of patients who don’t pay. As the TV spot ends, the heart monitor flat lines and the announcer...

- Bird Flu Pandemic, a History Lesson That Should Be Learned
- Posted on 11-09-2005 | 9 Comments
Time magazine's Sept. 19th issue has a very good article on the bird flu pandemic of 1918, titled "Lessons From History". As per the article, 30% of the world's population was infected by this virus and a hundred million people died from it, one million of them Americans. The bird flu pandemic has killed, by far, more people than any other epidemic in history - more people have died from the bird flu than have died from the Black Death Bubonic Plague or from AIDS or any other epidemic in human...

My allergies are killing me, even more than usual. I've got the stereotypical burning water eyes, my sinuses have swollen up I can barely breath through my nose. My nostrils are constantly dripping watery discharge. I like to know if there is an usually high amount of some particular kind of pollen in the air. At least I would likely know what type I'm more allergic too. Also, if anyone else is having troubles and have found some relief by

A friend of mine has been sick for three days. He is a male in his 30's, and is usually very healthy. Two days ago he started having body aches, was tired, couldn't sleep, and then he developed a fever. Yesterday his fever was up to 102.3, even though he was taking advil and motrin. By the end of yesterday his fever was wandering between 99 and 100.8. He threw up once yesterday morning, but has otherwise not felt nausious. Last night the insomnia and body aches continued, and he tossed all...
