Natural ways to reduce Testosterone levels?
Posted by Anon

Hi, I'm male, 31, and have high Testosterone levels. The reference range
should 8.4-28.7 nmol/L by I am generally testing around 33.9.

I believe this is the cause of symptoms that others my age do not seem to
have, such as irritability, very high libido, adult acne and male pattern
hair loss.

I am currently taking Dutasteride (brand name Avodart) for the hair loss and
to avoid the prostate problems my father hand, and it seems to have stopped
the hair loss in its tracks (although no reversal of loss yet), but I was
advised Dutasteride may also lower Testosterone along with DHT, however
after a year my latest test is still as above.

Can anyone suggest natural supplements or other than definitely will help
balance my hormone level, but will not interfere with Dutasteride?

Thanks.

Robert T.

Have you tried weightlifting? All that testosterone would be quite useful.

Really? I'm not too conversant with how Testosterone works with regard to
exercise. Can you give me any more info on what you mean please?

There are weightlifters (especially bodybuilders) who take artificial test
aka steroids (although its efficacity is highly exagerated by the medias).
So you'd probably be good at weightlifting, plus it will help you to control
your irritability.
