Would love to know what you do find moisturizing enough so I don't have
to buy every product on the market to try to get this dry hay of hair
looking half decent. TIA

Hi, Sandy. I'm sure others here will have good recs too, but right now I am
pleased with Suave's copycat version of Humectress for an everyday conditioner.
I've been using this for a long time. I also like a line I get at Sally's
called The Professional Frizz Solution. It's a conditioner, too, and comes in
a lavender bottle with a purple top. I get Feria's conditioner at Sally's as
well, and it comes in a large tube. It's quite moisturizing, but sometimes
hard to find. My Sally's can't seem to keep it in stock. Queen Helene makes a
cholesterol type stuff that also works well, although it REEKS. I don't use it
that often because it smells so horrible. Makes my hair very soft, though.
There are some other products I've used and liked too, but since I am out of
them I can't go see what they're called, and of course I have forgotten. If I
remember, I will let you know. I once plastered my hair with mayonnaise and
then went out in the summer heat to plant flowers. (My fenced backyard, so no
one could see me but the dogs.) The strong sun heated my greasy hair and,
although I smelled like a sandwich while out there, the mayonnaise did wash
right out and my hair was VERY silky. -- Beckie

It's Suave *Professionals*, not to be confused with the other Suave
conditioners in different bottles with fruity or flowery names. The
Professionals come in a white bottle with blue and black writing. Toward the
bottom of the bottle is says something about being compared to Humectress.
That's the best one. There is another one that compares to a Biolage product,
but that's not the most moisturizing one. The Humectress one is. -- Beckie
