Longo Empire over any color lip pencil

I bought the Empire by mistake from Sephora, picked up the wrong color
and when I got home knew it would be too light for me, but it's a
beautiful frosty neutral color and when I line my entire lips with a
lipliner and put this on top it's gorgeous. Finally, a good mistake!
