Yesterday:

A postcard telling me that UPS could not deliver my sephora.com order
b/c the address was incomplete. This was perplexing, since they had
my address to send me the postcard, and the address they used was
correct. I called the number, and they said Sephora.com merged the
two address fields into one line (I had put my company name in the top
one, street address in the second one, assuming that these two fields
would be two different lines, which they usually are in my
experience), which was then too long and cut off in the label on the
box. Still don't know why then they had my proper address for the
postcard. Anyway...

Via UPS, an amazing parcel from the lovely Maryann at Bergdorf Goodman. I'm
still in shock. Included amidst all the extras was my original Stila order of
the BG 6 pan, shadow pan in Summer, Nude Pushup (I like this packaging much
better) and Convertible Lip Color in Ginger Bloom.

Via USPS, the sweetest parcel from Tara (Jarvis) containing SO many magazines
to help me get through this wretched bedrest. I'm enjoying them all! Thanks
again Tara!

Because I am in my fourth week after foot surgery, I can now wear
sneakers! yay!

So, to celebrate, I bought a third pair of the only tennis shoes I ever
want to wear - the Saucony Jazz Original. They seem to be the only
shoe that fits me, and they have a retro look that I really like.

So, to join the black and hot pink pairs -

today I got a pair of pale gray, with lime green accents!

A bit out there for me, but hey, if you have to wear sneakers every
day......
