Last night was the very classy Tater Tot Casserole (was actually very good,
first time I'd made it). Tomorrow will be rack of lamb with some kind of
veg and mashed potatoes. No idea for tonight.

With a name like that, it could be sold for $20 at any French
restaurant in town. <grin/duck>

Tuna salad with low-fat mayo, on a bed of mixed greens, with a few olives.
At 114, it was too hot to cook.

Bings are on sale for .98 a lb. in Chicago.
Blueberries, however, continue to be ridiculously high. Go figure.

(re: tater tot casserole)
I'm not the OP but here's how I make mine. The recipe is very adaptable and
forgiving!
Brown/crumble 1-2 pounds of ground beef, depending how thick you want it. I
usually cook onions and spices with the meat. Drain and place in a
casserole dish, oven safe pan, etc.
Stir in 1-2 cans of cheddar cheese soup (depending on how much burger) then
place tater tots on top.
Bake in a 400 degree oven until tots are as brown and crispy as you like,
typically anywhere from 30-45 mins.
HTH!
