The Fashion Outlet Las Vegas mall is actually about 30+ miles south of
Las Vegas proper, right at the California state line.
Belz Mall (my fave) is just south of the airport on the Strip.
There's a new one, Premium Outlets, opening up next month, just south
and west of downtown. This one I gotta see next trip!
There's also Fashion Show Mall on the main Strip between Frontier and
Treasure Island, and a fairly nice mall by the Aladdin, but it seems
like some of the shops that were there have closed. There's Forum Shops
at Caesars, but these are a bit spendy. 
Of course there are mainline malls too, Boulevard, Meadows, and Galeria.
Those are mostly cookie-cutter copies of malls everywhere.
