the same material stacked in shelves, which was kind of jersey knit stuff. I
bought a bunch of pieces in white and turquoise when I lived in Atlanta in 1998
and did the whole mix and match routine with them. I no longer have any of the
pieces, however.

Multiples? Wasn't that a similar idea. Some of them were
multi-function. One piece was a head scarf, tube top, short skirt
thing or belt. Haha. Or maybe it was Units.
