- ISO texture cream in tube?
- Posted on 01-09-2004 | 1 Comments
I have thick, wavy, layered shoulder-length hair. I need a cream that can texturize my hair and perk it up. I've tried some in the jar (DiFi and Arctec Material Texture) but they're too thick. I think a cream in a tube would be better. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Anyone have thoughts on this product? Overall it seems like quite a few people have been very pleased. I am a NC15/NC20, any ideas on a good match for me? I am also curious about the lipstick offered on the KA website. Has anyone made purchases that they were quite pleased with? Thanks. Sarah

December Hits and Misses Hits + L'Oreal Pure Zone face wash - really nice, clears the skin. + Lush Imperialis moisturizer. Just great! One of the 2003 discoveries for me. Emollient but very light and sinks right in. I use it as night cream from time to time (normal/combo skin), or when some patches feel dry. When I had a flu and the skin around my nose became

Could anyone estimate the value of a hand-carved 4.9g Tiffany PLAT band(3.1mm with flower motif)? It may be made around 70’s. Some of the millgrain are worn away. A jeweler told me it costs about $150 to restore those millgrains. I am wondering if it’s worthwhile. Thank in advance, Charlene

- What shade did you color your *hair*?
- Posted on 01-08-2004 | 1 Comments
Wella Color Charm Semi-Permanent in Light Natural Brown 5/0. This shade matches my natural color well enough, so I just use it on my bangs and temples where I am getting a little bit of gray. It turns most, but not all, of the gray into lighter brown "highlights", which blend with my natural color variations. I like this product because I can easily mix up just the small amount (about 1.5 oz) I need to do the gray parts of my short hair. BTW, does anyone know what the Clear 0/0 is for? ...

- What I saw today in Paris

Hi all! Today is my first day in Paris. So far, I've visited Galeries Lafayette, where crowds of people waited outside the Prada, Dior and Gucci corners. The Prada one is having a 50% reduction sale, and there was also a security guy putting order in the line... incredible. There were also good deals on other brands like Longchamp or Sequioa. My birthday is coming (Jan 27), and maybe I buy something as a self-gift...

I got this killer jacket off an auction site, and I love the style so much that I'd love to have more like it, just in different colors, fabrics, etc. The problem is that I have no idea what the name of the style is. It reminds me of the coats worn by Valmont in "Dangerous Liaisons." For a bit of perspective, the model in the photos is only about 5 feet tall, so the jacket looks longer than it really is. http://www.heavenstrash.com/jacketback.jpg http://www.heavenstrash.com/jacketfront.jpg
