Orange e/s

You all are EVIL!!!

I have this *thing* for orange eyeshadow. It started a while ago when Revlon
put out its Lava Blast duo. I then bought MAC's Juiced e/s. Later, I bought
L'oreal's Brazilian Bronze duo, which wasn't as orange. This past year I bought
MAC's Color Scheme e/s quad which had a wonderful orange. When I thought I was
done with my orange e/s obsession I *had* to have MAC's Rule e/s (which was too
orange).

Now with these darn Jane Eyezing Tangy posts, I had to go to Walmart and I had
to buy Tangy. This is a perfect orange for me. It goes on as a nice peach, much
like the way that I hoped Stila's Peach Daqueri trio and Stila's Italian Ices
would've gone on.

BTW, I'm a MAC NC30 w/ dark brown eyes and hair.

Revlon has a cream eyeshadow palette (4 shadows) from the Copper Coast
collection. One color is orange. I just can't do it. I've got brown hair,
brown eyes, and a (fake) tan. It just looked too obvious to me. I wish it
*would* work on me.

I think orange can be done right! You can also check out NARS
Mediteranee. It's perfect for "highlighting" eyeshadow for a nice
summer look.

Revlon used to have the perfect orange in a single. Sunflash? I think that
was the name. Anyhow, they got rid of it and I miss it. I love orange
eyeshadow and have a
definite "thing" for it. L

I have the same "thing" for any kinds of citrusy colors (oranges,
yellows and greens). Nars Mediteranee is one of the prettiest shadows
I've ever seen; it flashes little flecks of green and gold. Awesome
color. Bourjois Orange Divin is a good trio of oranges too.

Got it and love it. I'm a huge fan of orange (which I still can't get over and
so I call it "Intense Peach"). I've got blue eyes with a golden "sunburst" and
orange just makes them pop so much. I'm wearing Stila's Picnic on the Beach
and boy is this really setting off my eyes.

It works well with my deep auburn hair too. With blonde hair (my natural is
golden blonde), I'm not so sure I'd be able to pull this off as easily but this
is just a no brainer eye look for me (esp with either a deep blue or olivey
green liner).
