Memory you are not sleeping enough, Absoluely not, A person needs a
minimum of seven hours sleep for optimum performance and if this is true
about it causing insulin resistance another reason to get thos zzzzz.

I sleep at least eight hours and fifteen minuts every day, sometimes
more, I have an automatic body clock that wakes me up at eight hours
and fifteen minutes,

I wish it was straight through, but it is not cause I have to get up
twice to use the facilities. I used to get up to eat. I am sure glad
that stop.

Everyone needs to sleep a sufficient numbers of hours,

Loretta.
