At 85 years of age, Morris married Lou Anne, a lovely 25 year old. Since her new husband is so old, Lou Anne decides that after their wedding she and Morris should have separate bedrooms, because she is concerned that her new but aged husband may overexert himself if they spend the entire night together. After the wedding festivities Lou Anne prepares herself for bed and the expected "knock" on the door. Sure enough the knock comes, the door opens and there is Morris, her 85 year old groom...

- Update on Impotence......
- Posted on 06-24-2003 | 1 Comments
Hi everyone, I did not want much time to pass before I sent an update about my Husband (OP 6/19 titled: Impotence?). He went on Sunday to get all his blood work done (fasting). He went shopping for a new pair of sneakers so he can begin walking. He has not been monitoring though :-( Oh well, baby steps right? He says he will start walking this week. I figure his blood work should be back within 2 weeks and I'll post results here. He has also scheduled a follow-up with his Dr. for July 2nd. to...

I like to think I am more positive about things and that in blood pressure, less is better than more, I dont think that people who have 130 over 80 are being prescribed meds,. I was once 140/90 and wasnt given meds, Now I am about 95/65 and I believe that is because I taken diovan, I dont think lowering the standard is only for making more money. Loretta --

Hi Everyone, I have not been diagnosed as diabetic, my Mother and two of her sisters have diabetes treated with Insulin. I had a free BG test at our local store, they said I had a very low BG of 2.7 - This was 2 hours after lunch and 1 hour after a bag of Buterkist! They advised me to see my GP, and gave me (free) an Accu-chek advantage meter, which i thought was very generous until I saw the prices of the

Or, next time you go to Google, Right click on the page, click "create shortcut", or if that is greyed out, you should see "send to" put your mouse on it, and a drop down will apear. click on," sent to desktop (create shortcut)". You will now have Google on desktop, and just double clicking icon will open it. Sleepy On Mon, 23 Jun 2003 18:26:02 +1000, "Annette" <acianthus@bigpond.com>

Welcome chapp, I am also a Type 1 diagnosed in 1970. The quantum leaps I have seen have been shared by many of us along the way...U-40, U-80, disposable syringes, urine strips, U-100, home glucose meters, lancet devices, human insulin, multiple injection/intensive insulin therapy, insulin pump, detachable infusion sets, Humalog... All of these things have been significant improvements in my trials with this disease.
